The successful candidate will prospect, solution, price, and close Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contracts with national healthcare players in multiple lines of business with focus on Clinical Processes. The successful candidate will need to have exposure and experience with Clinical Processes. The position will report to the Chief Growth Officer. This can be a remote role with travel to our… client’s corporate headquarters and client sites.
What You Will Do:
• The successful candidate will prospect and close Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) contracts with national and international companies across healthcare markets including Life Sciences.
• This includes, but is not limited to, prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post-closing participation in ongoing account management and growth activities.
• Research and drive business expansion with relentless focus on growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with senior management and help develop the growth and market expansion plans.
• Prospect for new customer opportunities and identify services with potential to maximize market reach.
• Identify and validate new industry verticals and market opportunities for customer care.
• Build a predictable pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues
• Execute go-to market plans via targeted campaigns and other sales channels including advisors, influencers, conference attendance, industry events, etc.
• Develop targeted presentations for new customers desiring to learn more about our client’s services.
• Work closely with RFP team to ensure high quality of proposals response and customer presentations.
• Submit and handle proposals with full ownership and accountability for the opportunity.
• End-to-end responsibility for designing and executing the strategic sales plan for securing new clients.
What You Need:
• A minimum of 5 (five) years of Sales experience in the Healthcare domain.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Knowledge and experience with Clinical Processes & Workers Compensation.
• Strong knowledge and experience with sales cycle including sales stages, process and closure process.
• Highly motivated and competitive with strong initiative, prospecting, and sales closure ability.
• Track record of prospecting and closing new business with strong relationships with senior level execs.
• Experience in business planning; account management and relationship management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Problem-solving ability and strong negotiating skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively
