Primary Purpose of Position: We are looking for pharmaceutical sales representatives who can thrive in a fast-paced business environment. As part of a Virtual Sales Team, you are part of a cutting-edge business model that addresses access limitations in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry. As a Virtual Account Manager, you will be utilizing todayÂ’s technology to access Healthcare professionals as a way to maximize our clientsÂ’ sales force reach and frequency.
Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with assigned accounts to determine product utilization
• Generate leads for field counterparts in assigned PCP offices using effective selling skills and product knowledge
• Develop and maintain high level of communication with region field counterparts
• Provide approved product and marketing information
• Collaborate with assigned Field Sales Reps to effectively cover a client’s territory and targets
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions
• Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
• Build positive trust relationships to influence targeted group in the decision-making process
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
• Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
• Pursue continuous learning, professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data
• Document in client’s CRM account activity and leads generated
Minimum Requirements
• Full-time 40 hours
• BA/BS degree
• 2 yrs of sales experience– Inside Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred, or B2B Sales
• Familiarity with CRM databases, statistics, product lines, and latest medical issues
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
