Virtual BDC Agent – SALES ( Fully Remote)
Position Overview:
The role of a Virtual BDC Agent, (Customer Engagement Specialist), is a vital member of the Virtual BDC department. Assigned team members are responsible for managing daily operations including inbound and outbound calls, text messages and emails.
Qualifications:
Prospective candidates must demonstrate prior experience in the following:
• Call Center Experience is REQUIRED
• Prior professional exposure to customer service, sales positions
• Articulate. strong communication skills
• Results driven, high-performance standards
• Ability to work remotely, understand technology requirements
• Required Schedule Availability ( All in Central Timezone)
• Must be available 9am – 6pm, 10am-7pm &/or 11am-8pm
Responsibilities & Tasks:
The following is a breakdown of tasks expected to be completed during oneÂ’s time in this position.
• Consistent oversight of all assigned leads
• Schedule 10+ quality appointments per day
• Accurate data reporting, performacec tracking
• Professional presentation to assigned partners
• Mastery of all Owner Connect scripts, word tracks & process
