As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will provide real-time support to customers through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate is quick-thinking, empathetic, and able to resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions via live chat.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and service inquiries.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant teams or departments when necessary.
• Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a focus on high-quality service and satisfaction.
• Update customer information and conversation records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or virtual assistance are a plus.
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or customer service representative (especially in chat-based roles) is preferred.
• Strong written communication skills, including grammar and typing proficiency.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a virtual environment.
• Proficient in chat platforms, CRM systems, and basic computer skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on providing an excellent customer experience.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
