Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated virtual chat assistant to join our team on a part-time, full-time or contract basis. The virtual chat service (Customer Service Representative) plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. As a virtual chat assistant you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
Duties:
• Engage with clients in real-time through our live chat system
• Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and provide solutions
• Address customer complaints, issues… and concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure all needs are met
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members for further assistance
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the live chat experience.
Requirements:
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multitask and handle several chat conversations simultaneously
• Solid customer service skills
