We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to join our team as independent Account Development Representatives (1099 Contract). In this performance-driven role, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and guiding them toward solutions that align with their goals. This position offers significant autonomy and the flexibility to manage your schedule and work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Proactively identify and connect with prospective clients through various outreach methods.
? Conduct thorough needs assessments via phone or video consultation to understand client objectives and concerns.
? Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our available planning solutions and services.
? Present tailored recommendations designed to meet identified client needs.
? Guide interested clients through the application and enrollment process with accuracy and efficiency.
? Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
? Foster long-term relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support as needed.
? Meet and exceed established activity and performance targets.
? Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using provided systems.
? Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends (training provided).
Qualifications:
? Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
? Strong consultation and active listening skills.
? Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently.

? Previous experience in customer service, consulting, client relations, or business development is beneficial.
Compensation & Structure:
? This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity.
? Compensation is 100% performance-based commission.
