Key Responsibilities:

– Assist clients with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and special requests.
– Maintain accurate records of client preferences, travel plans, and itineraries.
– Coordinate scheduling for travel consultations and manage the calendar for the agency.
– Process payments, issue invoices, and track client accounts.
– Support the agency with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining internal databases.
– Research travel destinations, accommodations, and activities to support clients’ needs.
– Work closely with the travel agents and management to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or the travel industry preferred.
