Job Description:
• We are looking for experienced Executive Assistants for our clients who all are Digital Marketing, Web Services & IT Agencies in the USA.
• This is a front-row seat with the co-founders of leading international Digital Marketing, Web Services & IT Agencies. If you are not excited about this fact then don’t apply!
• Provide administrative support to the board of directors.
• Extensive scheduling and calendar coordination. Task management inside ClickUp.
• Coordinate special projects like team-building activities, and all-hands meetings.
• Fully manage the Executive’s social media profiles like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook by creating posts, and stories and replying to any important messages and notifications.
• Maintain google sheets for the board of directors.
• Process business expense reimbursement requests, and invoices.

Job Responsibilities:
• Experience interacting with customers and staff at all levels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Exceedingly well organized and detailed oriented; enjoys administrative challenges.
• The ability to handle frequent interruptions, change priorities, and remain flexible, continually improve the administrative process for great efficiency.
• Experience in project management dealing with multiple tasks, timelines, and deadlines
• Highly proficient in analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Expert-level writing and verbal communications skills with strong judgment.
• Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings; experience scheduling travel arrangements.

Experience & Skills:
• High level of trust, discretion, and drive ownership.
• Ability to synthesize information and create reports.
• EA has “ear-to-the-ground” among staff and can sense morale issues if they arise.
• Able to work on your own initiative in a dynamic and challenging environment.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and honed organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.

Infrastructure Required:
• Uninterrupted quiet workspace with a comfortable, table, chair, and clean backdrops.
• A fast computer, The camera on at Zoom calls all the time, 15MB internet connection.
• Business casual every day. UPS or Generator Backup (If Required).
