Job Description

As a Virtual Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare professionals by providing education and training through virtual platforms. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our nurses are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional patient care.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
- Experience in nursing education or training preferred
- Strong knowledge of current clinical practices and healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in using virtual meeting and training platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver virtual educational programs for nursing staff
- Assess educational needs and create tailored training materials
- Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions through virtual platforms
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to nursing staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure training aligns with clinical practices
- Stay updated with the latest nursing research, technologies, and best practices
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Masters Degree in Nursing Education or related field preferred
Experience
