Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Data Entry & Management: Accurately input and update data into internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets. Ensure all data is correctly processed and stored according to company standards.
β€’ Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate digital records, ensuring that data is easily retrievable and up-to-date for use by other team members.
β€’ File Organization: Organize, categorize, and file digital documents and records, ensuring that they are stored securely and can be quickly accessed when needed.
β€’ Data Quality Control: Review and verify the accuracy of entered data, identifying discrepancies or errors and taking appropriate action to correct them.
β€’ Administrative Support: Assist with various clerical tasks, including preparing and formatting documents, generating reports, and performing routine office tasks as assigned.
β€’ Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure that data entry is aligned with operational needs and that data is processed in a timely manner.
β€’ Process Improvement: Provide feedback on data entry processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data management.
β€’ Ad Hoc Tasks: Support additional administrative projects and assist with tasks as needed, providing flexible assistance to teams across the company.

Key Qualifications:
β€’ Proven experience in data entry, clerical support, or administrative roles, preferably in a remote setting.
β€’ Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when entering data.
β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
