Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and professional Virtual Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to manage our incoming calls and assist with bookings and other administrative tasks. You will be the first point of contact for clients, so excellent communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist clients with booking appointments and answering FAQs
Provide top-tier customer service and ensure client inquiries are handled promptly
Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and email management
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor on the phone
Submit start-of-day tasks to manager
Submit end of day reports
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Availability Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time
Fluent English with excellent verbal communication skills (required)
Experience handling client calls and providing administrative support
High attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
Proficient with computer software (Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc.)
Ability to work independently and stay organized
A stable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
