Participate in Meetings: Join virtual IEP meetings and parent-teacher conferences to discuss student progress and address any concerns.
Qualifications
Educational Background: Master’s degree in Special Education.
Certification: Current state teaching license with a special education endorsement.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in special education, with a preference for experience in an online teaching environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with assistive technology and digital learning tools.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Engagement: Ability to inspire and engage students in a virtual learning environment.
Flexibility: Adaptable and responsive to the diverse needs of students.
