• **Communication:** Clearly articulate assessment results and educational plans to parents and general education faculty.
• **IEP Development:** Formulate Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) aligned with federal regulations.
• **Collaboration:** Partner with parents and school staff to track and enhance student progress.
• **Family Engagement:** Maintain responsive communication with families, addressing inquiries within 24 hours.
• **Relationship Building:** Cultivate supportive relationships with students and their families.
• **Virtual Interaction:** Lead online meetings to support students in achieving their IEP goals.
• **Learning Enhancement:** Offer families recommendations for learning support and guide them in utilizing classroom resources.

• **Testing Support:** Assist in proctoring state-mandated standardized tests, ensuring compliance with testing regulations.

• *Qualifications**
• **Education:** A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• **Certification:** A valid Indiana Special Education Teacher License is required.
