Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality virtual instruction tailored to students with special needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with effective strategies and accommodations.
• Utilize virtual teaching platforms, educational software, and assistive technologies to enhance the learning experience.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents, and team members to foster a supportive educational environment.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities.
• Promote inclusivity, empathy, and respect in all interactions.
Qualifications
• BachelorÂ’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience in delivering virtual instruction to students with special needs.
• Strong understanding of IEPs and the ability to create and implement effective educational strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual teaching platforms and educational technologies.
• Patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor are essential qualities.
