Volunteer Virtual Classroom Speaker (HS American Literature Guest Speaker)
Description
This is a required high school American Literature class, not an elective. Most students do not have a strong interest in American Literature, and many plan to pursue a trade after graduation. If you have a prepared presentation, that would be great. If not, the students would benefit from discussing career pathways and opportunities in the trades, the role of reading and lifelong learning in career growth, or the importance of soft skills for career success.
