We are currently seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and expand our sales initiatives. This pivotal role involves driving strategy, overseeing email marketing and lead generation, and building a high-performing sales team. You will have direct responsibility for training and managing the sales team, setting ambitious sales goals, and implementing innovative strategies to grow revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, digital marketing expertise, and a proven track record of building effective sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Oversee and coordinate the sales team’s activities, establishing clear territories, quotas, and targets.
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
Track results and trends to accurately forecast business performance.
Provide regular reports on team and individual performance, making data-driven recommendations.
Sales Team Training & Development
Lead the recruitment and hiring process for new sales team members, ensuring high performance standards.
Train, mentor, and support the sales team, providing necessary tools and guidance for success.
Create and implement training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills.
Email Marketing & Lead Generation
Collaborate with the team to design and manage email campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
Oversee lead generation strategies, ensuring effective conversion from lead to sale.
Track and analyze metrics from email marketing and lead generation efforts to refine approaches and improve outcomes.
Partnership Development
Build and establish new partnerships with potential clients to expand market reach and create additional revenue streams.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in sales.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a team.
Excellent rapport-building skills with team members and clients.
