About the Role:
Join Walmarts dynamic online team as a Remote Customer Service Representative! You will be the first point of contact for Walmarts online shoppers, offering exceptional support and ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience. You’ll handle a variety of inquiries through phone, email, and chat, always aiming to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat
Address customer concerns regarding orders, payments, returns, and product information
Provide accurate and timely information about Walmarts products and services
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate departments when needed
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Uphold Walmarts high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Follow company policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet, dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce or retail customer service
Familiarity with Walmarts products and services
Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) a plus
Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
