– Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
– Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management
Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers
– Strong persuasion skills and the ability to influence customer behavior
– Ability to work cooperatively with team members to achieve common goals
– Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools
– High school diploma or equivalent required
