Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Jr. Work-From-Home Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support through phone calls, emails, and online chats. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
Prior Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, navigating various software programs, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and provide solutions to customers’ problems quickly and efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Empathy and Patience: Ability to remain calm and understanding when dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
Reliable Internet Connection: Since this is a work-from-home position, a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential
