We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in chat support or a similar environment.
Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat interactions effectively.
Strong analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Previous experience with chat support tools or CRM software is advantageous.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while still being a collaborative team player.
