Clutch Creative Co. is looking for a WordPress Support Agent to join our team on a part-time, contractor basis. What YouÂ’ll Do:
• Manage and resolve WordPress support requests from clients.
• Perform plugin and theme updates while ensuring compatibility.
• Assist with basic content updates and minor site edits when needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear, friendly, and helpful support.
• Collaborate with the Clutch team to ensure seamless WordPress maintenance and improvements.
What WeÂ’re Looking For:
• At least 2 years of WordPress experience, with a strong understanding of CMS functionality.
• Proficiency with page builders like Elementor and WPBakery.
• Familiarity with popular themes such as Astra and Divi.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Responsive and reliable—our clients count on us for timely support.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative part of a remote team.
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience working in a support or maintenance role for a web agency.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience working with WooCommerce.
