Job Description
As a Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to accurately input, update, and maintain data in our databases and systems. You will ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Accurately input and update data into company systems and databases
Verify and correct data wherever necessary
Maintain confidentiality of all information
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Perform regular data quality checks and audits
Assist in generating reports as required
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
