This position is available to residents of the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Mexico.
Responsibilities:
Booking & Coordination:
• Assist clients in booking travel services, including flights, accommodations, cruises, car rentals, and tours
• Use online booking platforms to process reservations accurately and efficiently
• Customize travel recommendations based on client needs, preferences, and budgets
Customer Support:
• Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and online chat
• Answer questions about travel destinations, itineraries, and policies
• Handle changes, cancellations, and other requests with professionalism
Collaboration & Growth:
• Work closely with team members to provide seamless travel experiences
