Were seeking a Manager of Digital, Social, and Campaigns to drive our digital and social strategies, manage cross-business unit campaigns, and contribute to integrated marketing and communication efforts. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Integrated Marketing and Communications, youll focus on enhancing Flexs brand awareness and consideration across diverse industries by leveraging best practices in digital marketing, social media, and campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
Digital and Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans for Flex.com and social media platforms to promote Flexs brand and market differentiation.
Campaign Management: Lead cross-business unit campaigns aligned with enterprise growth strategies, ensuring milestones, schedules, and collaboration remain on track.
Content Development: Create compelling digital content to effectively showcase Flexs end-to-end product differentiation.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with functional teams and business units to ensure messaging and campaign initiatives are aligned.
Performance Analytics: Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Trend Integration: Stay updated on the latest digital and social media trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation in strategies and execution.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
At least 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign management.
Expertise in managing integrated marketing campaigns and developing digital strategies to drive brand awareness.
Strong understanding of digital tools, emerging technologies, and social media best practices.
Excellent writing and communication skills to craft impactful content.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in regulated industries or manufacturing sectors.
Proven project management skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range: $93,500.00 – $128,600.00 (Annual, dependent on location).
