Job description:
-Replying to emails from clients, their service coordinators, and occupational therapist employees.
-Filing documents sent via email in google drive files.
-New client intake: getting required documents from service coordinators, completing new client info sheet, sending initial paperwork, following up on completed initial paperwork, checking for authorizations, payments, and notifying occupational therapist employees when a new client is ready to schedule.
-Checking occupational therapist employee google drive schedules for openings coming up and emailing service coordinators to fill openings.
-Tallying up occupational therapist employee billing sheets.
-Creating a manual for the next assistant healthcare administrator.
Skills:
-Google drive.
-Excellent email communication skills.
-Microsoft word.
-Microsoft excel.
Pay: $25 – $30 an hour.
Start date: December (flexible on when in December).
Job type: Part time, 10-12 hours per week. This job will be for 6 months or longer if it’s going well.
Schedule and work setting: All remote, Monday-Friday about 2 hours per day, ideally between the hours of 8 am and 5:30 pm PST.
Qualifications:
Some experience in health care administration or a related field preferred.
Understanding of HIPPA guidelines.
Excellent email communication.
Flexibility, adaptability, problem solving capability, creativity, initiative, team player skills, multitasking ability, organizational skills, time management skills and a strong work ethic.
Livescan/fingerprinting/background check required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
