Experience of at least 2 years in Face to Face sales or Telephone sales is required.
At least 1 Year Experience in Fireplace / Hearth Industry is Preferred
Some construction knowledge is prefers as well. You need to be able to walk person through install process as well.
Responsibilities:
– Inbound Sales Calls
– Customer Follow ups
– Builder Accounts Consultations
– Outbound follow up calls
– Shipping quotes
– Supplier communication
– Reports
– Chat and Email Correspondence
ATTENTION: Work Hours
Saturday & Sunday – 8 am – 5 pm PST (Pacific Time)
Monday – Wednesday: 1 pm – 9 pm PST (Pacific Time)

Range $18 – $25 per hour based on experience. Bonuses are available based on sales performance.
Keep in mind that work form home at $18 – $20 per hour equals $25-$30 per hour if you have to drive to work.
