Description:
• Ability and willingness to work with both adolescent (13-17) and adult (18+) clients remotely
• Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders
• Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week
• Engage with and respond to all clients in a timely manner
• Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
• Test and support Direct to Employer products including new digital EAP
• Understand therapist experience on the platform and implement best practices
• Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
• Obtain additional professional licensure in state(s) assigned by company
• Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Experience and comfortability treating both adolescents and adults required for this role
• Minimum education of Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Behavioral Science
• Current New York licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker – R (LCSW-R), Licensed… Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase)
• Individual NPI number (or willingness to obtain)
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
• Reliable internet connection
• Fluent in Spanish preferred (speaking/writing)
